Afin d’analyser le dispositif d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire de votre entreprise, la société MDN réalise des audits de fonctionnement.
Les audits hygiène et audits HACCP ont pour but de cibler, au mieux, l’ensemble du dispositif hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire, mais aussi de permettre la détermination des points à surveiller ainsi que la mise en place d’actions correctives.
Nous réalisons également des audit blanc en vue de la certification ISO 22000.
La planification de l’audit sera établie selon les objectifs de l’entreprise. Plusieurs options sont disponibles au sein de la société MDN (renseignement auprès de la société).
Tous nos audits sont réalisés par les dirigeants de la société MDN. Soit une expérience en hygiène alimentaire auprès des industriels agroalimentaires, de la restauration collective, de la grande distribution (secteur métier de bouche), artisans métier de bouche, restaurateurs, traiteurs…
